Lyrics video of Grace VanderWaal's new song 'Don't like You', which she premiered on August 11 in the Orange Peel Club in Asheville, NC.

I was lucky enough to be present, and she blew us away with her performance.
Ever since I wanted to do something with this song, and here it is.

If you are interested in Grace's performances on the Ur so Beautiful tour, check my channel occasionally. I have a list of playlists at the top of my page, one playlist per concert, where I collect everything I find on YouTube. Austin has some gems that can't be found with a plain vanilla search.

(If that is at all possible, the song has grown on me even more in the course of editing, it gives me goosebumps for realsies.)

I chewed long and hard on the lyrics and am pretty sure I have them 98% right now. Feel free to comment your interpretations anyway. The hive knows more than the worker bee.
(98% apart from that annoying typo; let's just pretend that I'm muslim and did that deliberately, like muslim tradesmen do. Because only Allah's work is perfect...)

But we disagreed on interpretation of Grace's lyrics on many lines, so I had to resort to Google Translate. I know romance language structure quite well from French and Italian, but I know hardly a word of Spanish vocabulary. So if you feel that my verbiage sounds odd, feel free to comment. (Google will give Castilian, which often will be different from Latin American Spanish.)
