Fluid Mechanics Lesson Series - Lesson 10B: The Continuity Equation.
In this 14-minute video, Professor Cimbala derives the continuity equation, which is the differential equation for conservation of mass. He then simplifies for cases such as steady flow and incompressible flow. He shows how to use this equation with several example problems in both Cartesian and cylindrical coordinate systems.

This video incorporates material from Section 9-2 of the Fluid Mechanics textbook by Cengel and Cimbala, edition 4.
