This 1994 investigative video considers many unknowns concerning the history of Rocky Flats Building 771. The former Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant was 'raided' by the FBI and EPA in June 1989. U.S. EPA added Rocky Flats to the Superfund - National Priority List (NPL) - in September 1989. Rocky Flats processes were transferred to drums meant for one-year storage however the waste drums sat for five-years.
