In this video series, we will cover the pre-lab preparations for Edvotek kit #303 - Exploring Biotechnology with the Green Fluorescent Protein. This video covers the steps necessary to prepare the LB-Agar Source plates with E.coli bacteria. The plates will be quadrant streaked, grown overnight, and then used by students in EDVO-Kit #303 - Module I.
