Vladimir was born on December 5, 1988. He got satisfactory grades at school, played computer games and spent time surfing the Internet. In 2006 he entered Tomsk State University (Department of Philosophy), started studying artificial intelligence, and suddenly became an outstanding student. In 2007 he took a minor in Liberal Arts and IT - his research was getting more serious. In 2008 he entered the Department of Psychology of Tomsk State University - his research interests remained the same. By 2012 he has already worked as an executive director in an Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and gained experience as a project manager. Besides, he created his own web-studio in 2011, this is his way of living.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
