We wanted to show you how to use a food scale QUICKLY and EASILY so you can keep more accurate track of your macros! Measuring your food by weight (grams, ounces) with a food scale rather than volume (measuring spoons and cups) will allow you to be far more accurate with your intake. When we use volume or try to eyeball our portions we tend to be very inaccurate with our measurements. This can lead you to over OR under eat by several hundred calories per day!
