While on stand by mode;

Press Menu/Connect (then release)
and then press and hold Return
then press and hold Menu/Connect as well

You should hear a beep sound, press Power Button right away

A set of Menu will appear on the display
Press 1 repeatedly until PRESET INHI appear
Then press 4 (RSVR should appear)
Then press the Power Button to turn the Receiver off

Viola! It has been reset!
