Let me share with you how I cook ADOBONG BUTO-BUTO OR RIBS ADOBO.

Here are the ingredients:
1 kilo pork ribs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup banana catsup
1 tsp ground black pepper
10 cloves garlic, minced
2 large onion, chopped
2 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 sachet oyster sauce
4 pieces chilis, optional only!
2 tbsp sugar, adjust accordingly!
2 tbsp fish sauce, adjust accordingly!
NOTES:
