📌Recipe In English
►Ingredients:
-Chicken 1 breast
-Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 2
-Onions (Piyaaz) 2 Medium
-Tomatoes (Tamatar) 2 Large
-Lemon (Lemu) 1
-Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
-Vinegar (Sirka) 2 tbsp
-Chilli Flakes (Kutti Laal Mirch) 1 tbsp
-Salt (Namak) 1 tbsp
-Crushed Coriander (Kutta Dhaniya) 1 tbsp
-Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
-Crushed Black Pepper (Kutti Kali Mirch) 1 tbsp
-Ginger Powder (Adrak Powder) 1tsp
--Red Chilli Powder (Pissi Laaal Mirch) 1 tbsp
-Chopped Garlic (Chopped Lehsun) 2 tsp
►Direction:
-Take a bowl add chicken, vinegar, baking powder, ginger powder, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, crushed coriander, black pepper and mix well.
-Add chili sauce, soya sauce, salt , lemon, and mix well.
-Cover & marinate for 40 minutes.
-Cut vegetables( onion, tomatoes , bell pepper) in square shape and set aside.
-Assemble the chicken and vegies in a shashlik stick.
-In a frying pan heat 2-3 Tbs oil and place you sticks. Keep turning the sides so all the sidesare cooked evenly.
-Ready to serve.
