No Hope For Stray Dogs in Houston & Mayor Turner Says Crisis Getting Bigger!
Tom McPhee and Deanna McPhee conducted another canine (K9) survey of homeless stray and street dogs in Houston's fifth ward.
The data is being uploaded to a database that we've been filling for 5 years with Houston stray dog data.
Watch to the end to see Mayor Turner respond to a citizen trying to get help for the homeless and neglected dogs on the street. Notice 2 things; Mayor Turner's response, and the fact that almost no one attends Houston city council meetings. A real shame for the 4th largest city in America.
