Russian news agency TASS is reporting 10 people have been killed after a private jet crashed in the Tver region, north of Moscow.

Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin is thought to have been on board the flight, Russia has said.

The mercenary group founder was on the passenger list but it's not immediately clear whether he boarded the flight.
