Welcome to this full body workout! I've incorporated a lot of my favorite exercises into this routine. We use light weights (I'm using 3lbs, 1.5 kg) and go at a slow pace that is achievable but will keep you challenged. Some of these exercises are dancer or barre inspired. Think long and lean muscles with higher reps to really sculpt and tone the body.
After the warm up we will do an exercise for the upper body, then an exercises for the lower body. You then have the choice to put those two exercises together or to just repeat either the upper or lower exercise. The second half of this workout will be completed on the floor where we will do more strength training as well as exercises for abs and stretching. Please make sure you complete this workout with the stretches. It will leave you feeling great!
