Description：

“Stay Together” is the theme song for the game “The Legend of Sword and Fairy 7”, which is sung by Zhou Shen. It's already been two to three years since this song was recorded, which can be learnt from his Weibo post on 3 January 2021.

The lyrics of “Stay Together” were written by Jing Qian, and the music was composed and arranged by Chen Zhiyi. Chen expressed that: “The inspiration of this song came to me after learning about the plot of the game. I was touched by the game’s stories, hence this composition arose. “Stay Together” upholds the classic music style of “The Legend of Sword and Fairy”, which expresses the morals of the pugilistic world (Jiang-Hu) with ancientry style music. The lyrics and tune weave around each other elegantly by using a neat arrangement and few instruments. The entire song delivers a feeling of "gentleness", which is the style that Zhou Shen is most well-known for.

Zhou Shen’s ethereal voice leads the audience into “seeing” each and every scene in the world of “The Legend of Sword and Fairy”. His narrative voice and affectionate singing vividly tell those deeply touching stories of this world, taking you into the stories with him.

Zhou Shen’s voice is the perfect fit for “Stay Together”. The airy and heaven-like aura in the music thoroughly displays Zhou Shen’s unique voice.

“Stay Together” is also the song used in the music video in celebration of the 25th anniversary of “The Legend of Sword and Fairy”. The MV begins with monologues of the main characters of “The Legend of Sword and Fairy 7”. When Zhou Shen starts to sing softly: “Look at the clouds fade...”, the screen changes to the dream where the world of “The Legend of Sword and Fairy” once began. As the many familiar faces appear on the screen, we see a collection of every key character in the past stories of “The Legend of Sword and Fairy”. Zhou Shen’s voice blends into each scene and brings warmth into this sorrowful beauty.
