Ingredients:
Tomatoes 2 medium
Capsicum I medium
Onion 1 large
Chicken cube 500 g
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Green chillies 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
Cut the vegetables in cubes.
Marinate chicken cube with soya sauce ,sugar, salt,vinegar, chilli flakes, chilli sauce, black pepper, chicken powder, and green chillies for 2 hours.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, alternating with pieces of vegetables .
Now grill the skewers.
You can serve chicken shashlik sticks with rice, flatbreads like naan or pita, and salads. They can also be accompanied by various dips and sauces, such as yogurt-based raita or a spicy chutney.
