For instructors - you’ll see you have options as to directional changes and which leg to stomp with first so you can choose which starting leg is easier for your participants. Also because the side to side into cumbia forward and back is only repeated twice one time, you might want to alternate the starting sides on this for balance. The more you raise up on your toes after the two stomps and the more you push forward to destabilise yourself, the more the quads will need to work. Enjoy!
