Today I'm showing you how to eat yellow dragon fruit! It doesn't have any strong flavor, it's nice and sweet. It does have a very different look than most fruits making it truly stand out with its white flesh and black seeds after cutting into the yellow horned skin. The mouthfeel is somewhat of a kiwi, but with bigger seeds and the fruit itself has a texture of a soft pear.

How to Eat Yellow Dragon Fruit:

Wash the yellow dragon fruit and dry.
Place the dragon fruit on a clean cutting board and then using a sharp knife, cut it in half lengthwise down the middle.
Slide a tablespoon spoon in between the skin and the flesh and scoop out the flesh of the dragon fruit. Just like you would scoop out an avocado.
Cut the dragon fruit as desired and enjoy,
