John McAfee is a world-renowned computer scientist, activist, business leader, and cryptocurrency evangelist and is currently the Founder McAfee Crypto Team and CEO of Luxcore. He is interviewed at the Malta Blockchain Summit on November 1, 2018, by David Orban, the Founder of Network Society. During the video interview, McAfee answers questions about his legacy, the future, the "institutionalization" of ICOs, cryptocurrency and blockchain and his view that blockchain is a gift to individuals in society. He thinks that this gift has the power to change humanity’s direction, culture, and evolution. He hopes that individuals in society will embrace blockchain’s ability to enhance individual’s rights versus blockchain used as a tool for totalitarianism.
