We performed an open, permanent tracheostomy in a patient suffering from extensive oropharyngeal cancer without infiltration of the anterior neck / trachea. The surgical technique is explained step-by-step showing important anatomical landmarks.
All important surgical steps are shown in detail with magnification.
The surgical procedure was recorded with 4k sensor technology. This high-resolution image enables the user to identify and differentiate all important anatomic structures and landmarks.
