Get a solid FSBO source. Get an intro script (ice breaker) and dialogue builders. You DO NOT need a magical script or package. Remember consistency and follow up is crucial and FSBO are based around 2 main points:

1. Timing.
2. Bottom Line.

Be honest and straight forward with the seller, let them know you want to help them by listing their house as a REALTOR. You Don't need a magical FSBO script or FSBO package also don't lie to them or try to trick them. Keep in touch and provide the value they are looking for and when the time is right the dots should connect.
