FMA is obsessed with triangle footwork but when you see Filipino Martial Artists spar or fight, why does it seem like it all goes away? The problem has nothing to do with application or functionality and everything to do with how these footwork models are frequently presented.

Your Grand Master may be amazing, but there is no better coach than sparring.
