San Antonio police are investigating a shooting outside a CBD shop on the city's West Side. Police said a man was shot in the leg on Monday evening. A juvenile is believed to be the gunman. Police said the man and juvenile were arguing outside of the shop on General McMullen near San Fernando Street. Witnesses said they heard a popping noise but didn't see the actual shooting. Investigators say neither the suspect nor the victim are cooperating.
