Let's make a classic Ghana Beef Stew and pair it with some Rice vermicelli or spaghetti Rice, and a side salad. This Trio is amazing!
For the Rice Vermicelli
2 cups of rice
a handful of spaghetti
a table spoon of butter
1/2 small onion
Salt to taste 2 tablespoons of oil
For Beef Stew
1 pound of boneless Beef

3 large onions
Scotch bonnet pepper (to taste)
1 green bell pepper
2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste
5-8 medium plum tomatoes
oil to fry
1 tablespoon of curry powder
