A staple in most BBQ places is a good pulled pork. Today we take a couple of pork shoulders or Pork Butts as they are called and rub them down with Meat Church Honey hog and Meat Church Bacon BBQ rubs and get them smoking. We smoked these pork butts at 275 degrees for about 6-7 hours Using a Lone Star Grillz Mini cabinet smoker. The addition of water, beer and apple juice in the water pan kept these moist and right on track.
