The series is led by Lily Collins as the titular character, Emily, an American woman moving to Paris for a job opportunity. There she struggles to achieve success in the workplace while searching for love and experiencing incidents when her Midwestern sensibilities clash with Parisian culture. It also stars Ashley Park, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Camille Razat, and Bruno Gouery. Emily in Paris follows "Emily, a driven twenty-something American woman from Chicago, who moves to Paris for an unexpected job opportunity.
