We are no longer talking about just stupid spending over here, they’ve actually broken the law and the contracts set up, with their lenders.
Austin and Catherine McBroom, told their lenders, that they were not going to live in the house and the hard money loan, that they got, to develop the property, specifically stated, you are not allowed to use the property to live in.
So you see, the ACE family was never even allowed to live in this house, but they decided to do this anyways, for financial reasons. They knew full well, that the house was not inspected, had no certificate of occupancy and thus was not safe to live in.
So, Catherine McBroom wants you to get mad, that the general contractor, did not have a license, but guess what, he doesn’t not need one. This is basic construction 101. The general contractor does not need to have a license, if he/she, hires a properly licensed subcontractor, to do the actual work.
