Day 1 of our YOGA VIDEO CHALLENGE
Day one video challenge is to create your introduction video. This can be as short as 2-3 minutes long. Use the equipment that you have, no editing skills required.
Tips for recording
Smile before hitting record and during your video
Look straight into the camera lens, not at yourself
Natural light preferred, in front of your face rather than behind you
Talk to ONE person (I don't think I mention this in the intro video)
Horizontal format is preferred for youtube, but vertical videos will still work.

Share Your Video
1. Record a video from your phone or laptop. No need to edit, unless you really want to.
2. Upload the video to your YouTube channel as public or unlisted
➡️Public - anyone can see your video, anyone can search for it
➡️Unlisted - anyone with the link can view your video, cannot be searched
➡️Private - no one but you can see this video
3. Give your video a title and a description with a call to action to learn more
4. Share the YouTube video URL in our facebook group as a comment in the correct check-in pose (search #yogavideochallenge to find the posts)
