INGREDIENTS:
500 g strawberries
140 g sugar
one lemon
METHOD:
On a baking sheet, sprinkle around 100g of sugar and then add the washed and sliced strawberries, repeating for about four layers and adding the remaining sugar to each layer. Next, squeeze the juice of a whole lemon over the strawberries and let it rest for about four hours until a nice sauce is created. Then, cook the jam for about two hours until it becomes firm, clean it, and pour it into sterilized jars soaked in liquor. Seal the jars, turn them upside down, and store.
