In this video I chat about the Siglent SD3055 firmware updates:
sdm305(V100R001B01D01P15R1) (ver 1.01.01.15R1) and sdm305(V100R001B01D01P15R2) (ver 1.01.01.15R1).

These improve amongst other things:
* Increase the trigger / UI update speed.
* Add the diode threshold setting function.
* Fix a bug in temperature measurement.

Quirks:
* The saving of the settings for next power on can take up to a minute. If the meter is powered off before then, the settings are not saved.
* The Filter feature used in DC measurements switches a large capacitor across the input which can unsettle the reading and change the 10 Mega Ohm input impedance while it charges.

Siglent have committed to maintaining a change log for the firmware and updating their manual to explain the way some of their "features" work.
