INGREDIENTS:
4 medium green peppers, halved and seeded
1/4 cup water
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
olive oil
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 package taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, divided
Bake at 350 F. for 20 to 30 minutes
