Our mission is to directly and non-invasively visualize and quantify structure and function within living cells and organisms to reveal molecular mechanisms of disease, enhance our understanding of disease processes, which will allow us to develop new diagnostics and therapeutics in a wide range of clinical applications. In this presentation by Dr. Julie Nonnekens and Dr. Laura Mezzanotte we will give examples of imaging of subcellular processes such as DNA damage induction by targeted radionuclide therapy and imaging of molecular events using bioluminescence in cells, whole organs and small animals.
