Nihari is a delicious and hearty meal of Pakistan & India
It’s made with mutton, beef or chicken along with bones in a flavorful broth infused with a blend of spices🥘🫶🏻
🌟Ingredients
•1500g Mutton Shank (leg meat)
You can use mutton or beef
•100g Oil
•10cups of Water
•1tsp Salt
•3 Bay leaves
•1tbsp Coriander powder
•1cup (200ml) Oil
•2 large Onions (sliced)
•2tbsp Garlic paste
1tbsp Ginger paste
•1tbsp Red Chili powder
•1tsp Cumin powder
•1tsp dried Ginger powder
•2tsp Salt or as your taste
•1tsp Turmeric powder
•1tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder
•1 packet of Nihari Masala (any brand)
•Add 150g whisked Yogurt
•5tbsp Atta (flour + 1 1/2cup water)
•1tbsp Garam masala
•Julienned ginger,
green chilies, fresh coriander and lemon for topping!
