Edit 1: Ptilopsis and Honeyberry isn't needed, I removed Ptilopsis and substituted Honeyberry with Silence E1lvl50 s2lv7 and it worked fine. Oh, but Saria needs to be on s2, which I have on mastery level 3.
Edit 2: Reduced it down further, instead of Myrtle and Texas as my vanguards, I only used Cantabile E2lv50 s1m3. Which brings it down to a total of 10 ops.
I actually also used the same tactic to kill steam knight in h11-2, so I thought to use Skadi again in h11-4 and it worked wonders. And funnily enough, lumen and ptilopsis healing skadi is enough for her to not die, so Saria's only there for her 3 block since without her, Skadi will leak trash mobs
I'm not sure if Archetto is necessary, but she helps a lot in this stage, specifically in killing the trees and the red devourers after Steam Knight goes to phase 2. Love you for your hard work Archetto~
Red is also actually replaceable, in fact, I've been using beanstalk as something for the devourers to eat, and it worked really well.
Mlynar saves me a lot here not for boss damage, since he does nothing, but more so for ad clear. He kills the tree spawns and the devourers really well, and also some other enemies that may be blocked by Saria. Honeyberry is also replaceable with any healer, since she's only there to heal Gladiia a bit from the large damage dealt by dogs. Speaking of healers, I don't think Ptilopsis specifically is needed, so you might be able to substitute her out with any other multi-target medic.
By the way, Skadi's health is reduced to 126 after the 3 hit charge attack from the boss off-skill
