Yoshino is a famous a sacred Sakura (Cherry Blossom) spot. Definately worth a visit and easy to reach from Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Nagoya in a day trip.

Kintetsu operates the Sakura Line limited experss as well as the Blue Symphony Sightseeing train to bring you from Osaka to Yoshino.
Both are unique trains on their own. In this video, we are riding both of them.
