This is me eating 30 bananas in one day. I eat 80/10/10 raw vegan. Eating mostly fruit gives me an incredible amount of energy. I am training for the Chicago Marathon and the simple carbohydrates give me the boost i need to keep moving. This is for all the skeptics who think living raw vegan means depriving one's self of calories. I eat 3000 + calories a day. For those who think eating 30 bananas can kill you because of potassium poisoning. Potassium is great for fast muscle recovery with less cramping post workout. And I am still alive, thriving on my diet!!!
