Laing is another well loved Filipino dish that originated from Bicol. It is made of dried Taro leaves (dahon ng gabi), pork belly which are slowly cooked in coconut milk. It is from Bicol but it definitely loved and enjoyed by the whole country!
Ingredients:
8 cups Coconut milk
3 cups Taro leaves (dahon ng gabi)
1 clove garlic 1 pc onion 1 thumb-size ginger
1 cup coconut cream (kakang gata)
salt to taste
TIP / Tipid HACK If you do not have enough coconut milk, you can cut down the coconut milk then just add KNORR GINATAANG GULAY MIX. 4 cups coconut milk 1 pack Ginataang gulay mix Enjoy!
