We offer customers a wide range of wet wipe machines, including the AQ-F wet wipe machine which is shown here. This wet wipe machine is a typical hygiene machine for wet wipe production, and is a multifunctional wet wipe machine, integrating wet wipe wetting machines, folding machines and slitting machines into one, making it ideal for spunlaced non-woven materials, wet strength paper and needle punched non-woven materials.
The wet wipe machine comes with a production speed of 300-500 pieces/minute. Due to the tension differences in non-woven rolls, the wet towel machine is designed with two tension control devices to ensure the precision of the folding product size. It comes with different folding methods, as it can use a plate folder, or a blade folder, which allows for the production of M, N, and ¼ folds.

Features：
1. This type of wet wipe machine conducts one-stop operations, covering raw material conveying, wipe wetting, pressing, folding, cutting and automatic counting.
2. It uses a round saw blade to cut non-woven fabrics, ensuring a flat and neat cutting face.
3. A pneumatic counting device is used, allowing users to set the number of sheets in each pack (in this case, anywhere from 5-30). Each batch of wipes is discharged using a laddering method (one high, one low) which allows for convenient packaging.
4. The wet wipe machine features variable speed control, ensuring the stability.
5. Rollers on the folding machine are made from 304# stainless steel. The liquid adding or wetting system is constructed using 316# stainless steel, and the bearing pedestal is manufactured using a chrome 45# steel surface.
6. A synchronous conveying belt is equipped at the tail frame on the wet wipe machine.
7. The working platform and the discharge chute are constructed using corrosion resistant steel plates. The machine frame is made from international structural steel with a rust protection coating treatment.
8. Our wet wipe machine comes with a compact structure, a stable performance and a smooth operation, even at high speeds.
