*Bagel Recipe* :
2 1/4 Cups Warm Water
1 Tbs Sugar
1 1/2 Tbs Active Yeast
*Add to a bowl with*
5 Cups Flour
2 tbs of salt
*Knead Dough For 10 Mins*
Rest for 15 Mins
After Create Bagel Shape
Rest For 30 Mins
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Bowl Hot Water (Place Bagel into water bowl each side for about 2 mins each)
Place on Baking Sheet
Cover With Egg Wash
Place Toppings On
Place In Oven For 25-30 Mins
Transfer To Cooling Rac

*Ice cream Recipe*:
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Cup Milk
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar (or banana for sweetness)
Pinch Of Salt
1tsp Vanilla
6 Egg.Yoks
*Pizza Dough Recipe*:
2 1/4 Cups Warm Water
1 Tbs Sugar
1 1/2 Tbs Active Yeast
3 Tbs Olive Oil
*Dry Ingredient*
3 1/4 cups of Flour
2 tbs SALT
(start Mixing)
Then Add in the YEAST mixture
Cover in a little olive oil then
Let Dough Sit for 1Hr or until
a rise and doubled in size
Form dough into balls
Let sit for one hour
then pizza dough is ready to be stretch and made into a delicious
pizza
