Three seconds:

Using more than 3-7 seconds of The Beatles’ music straight will lead to a copyright claim by Apple, which impacts monetization but does not jeopardize the channel. However, regularly going beyond 7-10 seconds of music can result in a copyright strike. Three strikes, whether valid or not, result in a channel being removed. Basically, I stick with the three seconds, that way I can keep making these lovely videos for you lovely people.
