Cns Fatigue often gets mislabeled as just regular exhaustion lumped in with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and unless we are really taxing our bodies with heavy compound lifts (sometimes just heavy lifts regardless of what muscles are worked), we usually don't have to worry about cns fatigue.
