We are tasting a 2018 Yering Station Shiraz Viognier blend from the Yarra Valley in Australia today. This wine is a blend of 98% Shiraz (Syrah) and 2% Viognier. This may seem like an odd combination since it is a combination of red and white wine grapes but this combo has been together for a long time, in France.
