| How To Calculate Your 1RM |
You may find getting your 1RM is just an "ego boost" but, in fact, if you want to progress in ANY strength program it's absolutely necessary. And knowing how to test your 1 rep max is crucial. Most Strength Programs require a minimum of a 1 RM estimate in order for you to gauge your progress.
In my opinion, though, the BEST reason to know your 1RM is to KNOW that you're progressing. It's the gauge by which you measure forward progress. So Embrace The Suck, find your 1RM and get growing!
