I will be discussing how you can become a certified strength and conditioning specialist for tactical athletes. This consists of military, law enforcement, and firefighters. Training the tactical athlete is much more different than training collegiate or professional athletes. But the first step in your journey should begin by obtaining experience in the field of strength and conditioning, studying and becoming certified, and continuing your formal education.
The tactical strength and conditioning (TSAC) field are relatively unknown to most. It is a growing field in the strength and conditioning job market, and there are more positions becoming available to enhance the human performance capabilities of these tactical athletes.
Please comment down below as I would love to hear from you, and let me know if there is anything that I can do for you.
