Corn in a cup is so easy to make! It takes less than 5 minutes. It's creamy, warm & spicy. There are so many ways to prepare corn. You can use canned corn or corn on the cob, but no matter what, it all comes down to the toppings. I am showing you two different salsas you can use as well as a spicy powder (if you don't like liquid salsa.) Remember it is all at your own preference. I love mine super creamy but you don't have to use as much mayo as me. It'll come out just as good however you make it!
For my elote en vaso I used:
2 cans of corn
Mayo
Butter
San Luis Salsa
Queso blanco
A pinch of chile arbol powder
