The Alpha Series are designed using a mathematical equation that creates perfectly random sound scattering. They use a binary pattern to ensure fully randomized defusion.
While the Impression Series are designed with a visual aesthetic in mind with reflective plates that are random but not perfectly even.
So, which one should you get? Well that depends on a couple of factors: first, the listening position from the panels. it would be hard to hear the difference between the Alpha and Impresion from a listening position three to four feet from the panels. Second, your personal aesthetic preference.
Both series come in a Range of designs, colors, and sizes that you can preview in our free acoustic visualizer and on our attractive configurators on each of the product pages. If you have any questions about any of the GIK products, contact us or fill out the Free Acoustic advice form for free advice from one of our talented designers.
