This recipe makes about 10 popsicles

Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries (130g)
1 cup (lactose-free) full-fat Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250g)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

Topping:
2.8 oz. / 80g 80% dark chocolate, melted
•
1. Mash the raspberries
2. Add the yogurt and maple syrup and stir to combine
3. Spoon to popsicle molds and freeze for about 4 hours or until set
4. Dip in melted dark chocolate
5. Store in an air tight container in the freezer
