Hip flexor (iliopsoas) muscle and tendon strengthening in a supine lying position for tendon tears, muscle tears and tendinopathies. The strengthening phase is on the downward (eccentric) movement using a theraband for resistance, and the upward (concentric) movement must be assisted with a stretchband to reduce the load.
