Afya Ibomu is a holistic nutritionist, author, and President of RBG FIT CLUB. Afya began to explore the benefits of a healthier diet after a history of medical problems. What she found was a drastic improvement to her well-being that has also improved the health of her whole family.
In this episode, Afya shares that her switch to plant-based diet has expanded to influence her spirituality and how what you do must always be what is aligned to your values and what your body actually needs.
