Whole Food Plant Based Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
6 cups of bread toasted
3 celery stalks chopped
2 large carrots chopped
3 green onion stalks chopped
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp sage
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/4 vegetable broth
1 tbsp miso
2 pears chopped
2 apples chopped
Directions:
Toast your bread till crispy
Saute celery, carrots, and green onion in vegetable broth till carrots are slightly soft
Stir together bread, vegetables, and chopped fruit in baking dish
Mix together vegetable broth, miso, and spice till well combined and pour over stuffing mixture
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes - stir occasionally
