300ml of milk
2 tbsp. of unsalted butter
1 package of vanilla
½ tsp. of vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream
¼ cup of sugar
½ tsp. of vanilla extract
❁Cookie dough:
100g of soft unsalted butter
3.5 tbsp. of sugar
60g of all-purpose flour
❁ Main dough:
60ml of water
70ml of milk
50g of unsalted butter
¼ tsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of sugar
50g of all-purpose flour + 20g of corn starch
2 eggs
❁Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C | 350F for about 25-30 minutes
