Roasted Peanut Chaat
Servings - 3
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Peanuts - 150 grams
Curry leaves - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 50 grams
Tonato - 70 grams
Cucumber - 60 grams
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon alt and stir well.
2. Add 150 grams peanuts and roast for 5 - 7 minutes.
3. Add 1 teaspoon curry leaves and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
4. Remove it from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
5. Transfer this into a bowl, add 50 grams onions, 70 grams tomato, 60 grams cucumber, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon mint leaves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
6. Serve.
